Notice of Billingborough Parish Council Virtual Meeting

Via Zoom on Tuesday 7th July 2020

Members of Billingborough Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the above meeting commencing at 6.45pm. Members of the public are invited to attend. The meeting will be preceded with a Public Forum at 6.30pm, at which time any Parishioner is invited to ask questions, make suggestions, raise issues or give feedback to the Council. Anyone wishing to attend the virtual meeting should email the Clerk, Billingboroughparishclerk@gmail.com by 12 noon on 3rd July with subject – attend meeting. An invitation will then be issued.

All Members are requested to be in attendance. The Public Forum will be followed by the formal council Meeting. Unless stated in the Agenda, any items raised by the Public Forum requiring a decision will appear on the Agenda of the next meeting. Anyone wishing to record the meeting is requested to notify the Council in advance, to enable reasonable requirements to be accommodated.

3 Receive any new Declarations of Interest

4 Approve Minutes of Meetings held on 3rd March and Extraordinary General Meeting held on the 21st march

5 Ratify previously circulated list of all resolutions agreed via email since previous meeting of 21st march 2020.

6 Clerks Report, including training report, both previously circulated.

7 Finance:

a) To accept BACS Payments- Approval lists circulated retrospectively

b) To confirm Precept has been received

c) To resolve to approve BACS payments as per approvals list previously circulated.

d) To confirm the Business Support Grant has been received.

e) To confirm the first half of the Community Cleaner grant has been received.

f) To resolve to approve the accounts for F/Y 2020/21 to the end of June previously circulated,

g) To accept the Internal Auditor report

h) To read out, fill in and sign Section 1 – Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) 2019/20

i) To accept and sign Section 2 – Accounting Statement 2019/20 of the AGAR.

9 To set a date for Clerks review.

10 To review feedback and agree decision regarding the police station

11 To review the date and format of the next meeting in light of updated government advice.
