BILLINGBOROUGH PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of the Annual Parish Council Meeting held on Tuesday 16 May 2023 at the Sports Pavilion in the Recreation Ground.
Present: Cllrs C. Woodhead (Chairman), J Surtees.
At the appointed time of the meeting it was inquorate, (below the number of Councillors needed for any business to proceed), so the meeting was postponed and will be reconvened on 30/5/2023 commencing at 6.45pm, with a public forum at 6.30pm. Please note if no public are present at 6.30pm then the Council meeting will start at 6.30pm.
