BILLINGBOROUGH PARISH COUNCIL
Approved Minutes of the general meeting of Billingborough Parish Council held on 29 Nov 2022 in the Sports Pavilion at the Recreation ground.
Present: Cllrs C Woodhead (Chairman), J Surtees.
In Attendance: H Beaver (Clerk).
There being no public present the Chairman opened the meeting at 18.30.
1. Chairman’s opening Remarks
179. The Chairman opened the meeting stating that as only two Councillors were present and therefore the meeting would not be quorate, the meeting would not go ahead and that all items on the agenda would be discussed at the next scheduled meeting on Jan 10 2023. The Chairman closed the meeting at 18.32.
The next meeting will be held in the sports pavilion on the Recreation Ground on 10 Jan 2023, with a public forum at 18.30-18.45, and the meeting starting promptly at 18.45, unless no public are present, in which case the meeting will start at 18.30 prompt.
